- How long it takes to repair my laptop?

Most laptop repairs and upgrades can be done on site. In general your laptop is only returned to base if other unexpected parts are required or it is agreed this will be the best way forward. If the job is expected to take longer than the hour, this will have to be agreed between you and the technician before hand.
All on site laptop repairs normaly are accomplished within an hour. When your laptop is returned to base estimated time for software repairs is 1 working day, for all hardware repairs 3 working days. It all depends on what parts are needed and if they are in stock or need to be ordered. Again, if the job is expected to take longer we will give you an update.
- How much it will cost me for a repair?

Unlike others we don't charge by the hour. We have a fixed price per call out system. This way you will know how much you will be charged before we start.
Below, please find an examples of our most common services / repairs:
- Lcd screen repair — from £90 all in
- Dc power jack repairs — only £65 all in
- Virus removal and tune-up — only £45 all in
- Software setup — only £35 all in
- Wireless setup — only £40 all in
- Fresh windows installation with data backup — only £45 all in
There is no hidden costs and price quoted is final. You always know how much you will pay before any work is carried out.
- What happens when you need to take my laptop with you?

We perform a lot of laptop repairs and setups on site. In some cases when it needs more time for a repair we cannot turn your home into a temporary workshop. You will get a receipt as a booking in confirmation. We will also let you know the estimate time for a repair. Once a repair is done we will contact you to arrange free return service.
- How can I pay for a service?

When a repair is done you pay on collection. We accept cash and card payments. Card payment can be processed using PayPal or Google who are our secure payment partners. After payment is collected you will get an invoice.
- Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. All our work is guaranteed. If we can't guarantee any work then our customers are informed beforehand. We will also give you the options as what to do next.
- What happens if I want to make a complaint?

- What areas do you cover?

We cover Birmingham and its surrounding outer area. For coverage map please have a look on About Us page. Free collection & return service applies for blue area on the map. If you are located outside marked area we have £9 call out charge.

- Do you buy or sell laptops?

We can buy any laptop from you — working or broken. We can also offer second hand laptops for sale.
For computers probably the best place to get a new one will be one of your local big computer shop (Currys, PC World etc). If your computer is not worth fixing it, we have free of charge disposal service.
- Is there a diagnostic fee?

We do have a minimum charge of £20 which is a basic diagnostic fee. But you will be pleased to know that this fee isn't added to the final cost if you choose to go ahead with the repair.
We understand when a computer isn't working correctly you may overlook simple settings, it happens. Therefore if we fix your problem within the first 10 minutes of arriving we will only charge £30 instead of the full price.
